Time Trial

Sunday December 17 8:30 – 10:00am @ Harry Bailey

The scariest two words in swimming....Time Trial! In fact time-trials are so intimidating that every swim coach knows never to tell your swimmers ahead of time they're going to do a time-trial or they won't show up. But time-trials force you to be honest with yourself and whilst that's scary it is very empowering. So, let's be scared together! STCI is offering 400M and 800M time-trials on Sunday December 17 from 8:30 - 10:00am @ Harry Bailey. If you already participate in the STCI swim programs, it is free. Or it is $10 (bring cash to the pool). You must have a STAC membership. Please register prior by emailing rossannedwards@gmail.com to let us know what distance and your estimated time.
