SASKATOON on June 30, 2013

STCI is very excited to announce that we have entered into an agreement with the Subaru Western Triathlon Series. This agreement lays the foundation for a NEW point-to-point race that starts at Pike Lake and finishes at River Landing.

The bike course will reach Saskatoon via scenic Valley Road and the run will be through the core of the city during the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival!

We will be posting more details on our website as details become clearer.

This will be marketed to all of Canada as a destination race - a highlight of the summer of activities in the City of Saskatoon. There will be increased coverage in the media and the race will likely be televised on TSN.

Update: There will be a standard distance, a modified sprint distance (the bike will be longer), and a splash-and-dash race offered. We encourage relay teams so get involved and delegate to your friends!
Update: Registration will open on January 2, 2013. 400 Spots will be offered and Subaru Western Triathlon Season Passes will be honoured. Register early to avoid disappointment!
