DESCRIPTION:Triathlon isn’t just a summer sport – we have outdoor fun during winter too! \nThe Saskatoon Triathlon Club is pleased to bring you the Arctic Winter Triathlon \nHave a laugh\, race the clock or just have family fun in the snow – we have events for all ages and abilities. The first 75 registrants will receive a Saskatoon Triathlon Club winter toque! There will also be post-race hot drinks and food for all participants. Participate on your own or as a team! Reports from our friends at the Nordic club are that there are plenty of bare spots on the ski track with a lot of ice in-between. The weather for the rest of the week is more of the same with warmer temperatures. For the safety of our participants\, we have decided to cancel the ski portion of the course and change to a Duathlon format: run-bike-run. We apologize to all participants who were excited for the ski leg\, but unfortunately weather can be difficult to predict.
