Still the warmest cleanest, most calm, sheltered, and accurately measured swim in Saskatchewan. No sight lines into the morning sun either, but given that, some may still prefer to stay on the Beach. Again for this year we can assign swim times for racers who are daunted by the swim or can't find another team member to fill the leg. Similar to what has been done for the Spin race in the past, a random swimmer, (or a friend you may know) can do the swim and hand off to you when complete.

As an incentive to have racers sign-up volunteers, there will be special draw prizes for the volunteers only. Volunteers also recieve a specific gift of appreciation, free banquet ticket and race day coffee and cinnamon buns from Waskesiu Trading Post. Crisp Northern Air, Free of Charge.

Volunteer coordinator required. This position will not be volunteer however,more work is involved than expected for a volunteer position. Compensation yet to be determined, (Call and we will talk). All expenses will be paid. There will be some pre-race organizing which will include phoning and emailing volunteers and then on race day this individual will be responsible for dealing with the volunteers as well.
