Swim stroke assessment by NCCP Certified Level 3 triathlon coach Carly Priebe of Transition Sport & Fitness.
Rudimentary bike fit assessment by the F.I.S.T. certified bike fit experts from The Bike Doctor.
Running Gait analysis by physiotherapist and running expert Brad Spokes of ZONE Sports Physiotherapy.
Strength and Flexibility assessment by exercise physiologist Jolene Koenders of ZONE Sports Physiotherapy.
Running shoe assessment by shoe fit expert Ian Colvine of Brainsport.
One of the most beautiful triathlons in the world; with the swim taking place in pristine Two Jack Lake followed by the cycle around the breathtakingly beautiful Minnewanka Loop. The run will trek around the town of Banff and finish down famous Banff Avenue with the Cascade Mountain as the back drop and in to Central Park, nestled on the edges of the Bow River.
This triathlon will be staged in the charming setting of Sooke, a beautiful ocean-side community located in the western communities of Greater Victoria. The bike course if closed to traffic! and the run course features a journey out on to Whiffin Spit where you will experience being surrounded by the Pacific ocean with the lighthouse as your beacon.
