2012 Just Tri-It registration is open!

JTIAre you interested in trying something new and exciting? The Just Tri-It program is a great place to start. It offers training opportunities for women in swimming, biking and running/walking. Here you will find a fun, relaxed and informal group of women, all with the goal to develop a more active and healthy lifestyle. This program is open to all ages of adult women (must be 18 years of age or older). You will make great friends – bring your co-worker, friend, sister, mom, aunt, grandmother! Join us for fun & fitness! The program is encouraging and you don’t need to be an “athlete” – just need the courage to JUST TRI-IT. All ages, all shapes, all interests – just bring a positive just tri-it attitude!

Upcoming Brainsport Clinics

bBrainsport holds clinics for any level of runner. Whether it is improving your PB or preparing for your first race, Brainsport will have a clinic suited for your needs. Every clinic is run by a Coach who makes a training plan for you to follow through out the week. Members of any particular clinic will meet once a week, to talk to their coach, learn about running from guest speakers, and then go for a a group run.

  • ASICS Improve Your Running Clinic – Starting Wednesday, February 20th at 6pm
  • 10 K Clinic – Starting Thursday, March 22nd at 6pm
  • Learn to Run Clinic Starting Tuesday, March 6th at 6pm
  • Learn to Run Clinic Starting Wednesday, April 11th at 6:15pm

Free Adult Triathlon Clinic - Jan.14th & 15th

STAC looking for athletes to participate in a FREE Triathlon Clinic as part of a Part 2 Competition Introduction NCCP Triathlon Coaching Course. Athletes will have the chance to work with a team of experienced coaches and coaches-in-training. The clinic will feature a low coach-athlete ratio so you'll receive lots of attention and individual feedback! 

Clinic will be lead by Triathlon Canada Coach Education Facilitator Tracey Shelley and STAC Director of Coach Education, Carly Priebe

Times

  • Saturday January 14th: 1 pm - 2 pm Run Workout #1 @ Saskatoon Field House Track
  • Saturday, January 14th: 4:45 - 6:30 pm Swim Workout @ Saskatoon YMCA
  • Sunday January 15th: Noon-1:30 pm Bike/Run Workout #2 @ Saskatoon Field House Track
