10:00am for the Long Course race;
11:00am for the KOS/Youth short course race

Long Course Event 3km run / 20km bike ride / 3km run
Start Time: 10:00 am
Must be 16 years of age as of Dec 31, 2008.
Sprint Event
1.5km run/ 10km bike ride / 1.5km run

Cycle on Spadina Crescent (closed course)
Transition Area in the Parking Lot of the Meewasin
Warm-Up Hut, just south of Pinehouse Dr. on Spadina Cres.
Open to all levels of ability & experience
Minimum age for sprint is 12 years, as of Dec.31, 2008
Entry Cost:
Before April 14/08: $13.00
On or after April 14/08: $18.00
